We won a reading contest.  We read the most in the entire first grade for the whole month of September, so Home depot came and made bug houses with us.  What a treat.  The kids loved it!!!

Apple Feast

We had our apple feast today and it was yummy!!!  Thank you for all the donations to make it so wonderful.  After the votes were tallied the majority of the class loved the apple pie and the apple poptarts the most.  Here are some pictures of us eating the apple stuff!!  Thanks again for the support.  We have really enjoyed learning about different folktale heroes but it seems that Johnny Appleseed might be our favorite!!
